Domestic Shipping (Australia Wide)

For those who need their orders in a hurry, we offer express shipping for just $15 Australia wide.

International Shipping

For our valued customers outside of Australia, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $35 for all international orders. This ensures that you can enjoy our products no matter where you are in the world.

Processing Time

Please note that all orders require 1-2 business days for processing before they are shipped out. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times

RETURNS

Returns and Exchanges

At Leya Collective , we take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We offer returns for faulty items only, as we stand behind the craftsmanship and integrity of our merchandise. Refunds for change of mind are not accepted. This also includes pre-order items.

If you receive a faulty item, please report it to us within 24-48 hours of the delivery date to initiate the return process. Please note that faulty items must be reported promptly within this timeframe to be eligible for return.

Additionally, exchanges for items in new, unused condition can be made within 15 days of the delivery date. In the event that your item is out of stock, we offer credit notes valid for future purchases, ensuring flexibility for our customers.

However, it's important to bear in mind that return costs, including shipping fees, are the responsibility of the customer. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines as we work to ensure your satisfaction with your shopping experience at Leya Collective.
